I have export PDF in my account, however I do not the option "tools" anymore since I am using my new laptop.

Dear all,

I have been able to use my export PDF function for 1.5 years now.

However I allways used it on a remote desktop application called RDS.
Now i can't use this appllication anymore,.

But on my laptop itself I do not seem to be able to login or to use my tools anymore.

can anyone tell me how to fix this.
my account is still running untill july, and it's allready paid for, so I hope to be able to use this.

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service on your new laptop, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF

Please refer and try the troubleshooting steps from the following KB doc Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841
