Adobe offer quite a few services, so can you reply with the exact name of the service you have paid for?

Are you logging in to a web site, with your browser, to Adobe Reader, or to Acrobat Pro, or something else?

Hi Walter,

I've checked your account using the email address that you use here in the forums, but I didn't see any subscriptions tied to that email. Is it possible that you signed up using a different email address? Or, did you sign up via the Reader app for mobile? If so, those purchases are handled by the app store from which you made the purchase, and Adobe wouldn't have record of it.

That said, it can take 24-48 hours for an Adobe order to process fully, so if you just signed up today, your subscription might not be active until tomorrow. (If you didn't sign up using a different email address, let us know, and we'll do some sleuthing on this end.)

Best,

Sara
