I am attempting to do that for a document in Bulgarian (that uses Cyrillic alphabet), but when it converts to word all I see is messed up symbols. Is there a way I can fix this? Please help me. Or if not, let me know if I can have a refund as I wouldn't need an annual subscription for something that doesn't work in my language.
