I have paid for the PDF converter (to word, excel, etc.), but when I try to convert, a webpage is opened offering some package options and saying that I already have the PDF converter (which is true), but nothing else happens. I can't finish the conversion!

Hi Paulo,

How exactly you are trying to open to convert the file? Is it through the Adobe Reader DC or web browser- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

If you are already Signed In then you may Sign out and Sign In back.

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
