I have the ExportPDF Application account. My hard drive died and has been replaced. I need to reload the ExportPDF application.

As mentioned by kglad above, that Adobe Export PDF is a web service. It can be used from any web browser through any computer.

Or you can install the free desktop application Adobe Reader DC and access the service through that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
