I just bought this and I want an icon on my desk top, I do not like to have to do this online this sucks and I cant get files to move to my laptop files so i can send them. I am no dummy and this is BAD

Hello Mark,

Unfortunately there is no application available as of now, to install the PDF pack service on the Desktop.

One option is to install the CreatePDF Desktop Printer, but still the files will be uploaded to your online account and you have to download it from there only.
