I thought that Adobe is a serious company, but i dont understand why is so hard to cancel a simple account. Please, stop it. I don't want to keep going with this service. Cancel my account as soon as possible. I don't want to pay more for this service is expensive to pay month to month for a simple program.
Please . I will appreciate if someone cancel my account. And suggest to Adobe dont put to difficult the way to cancel account. it is no fair for all the customer.

I want to cancel Acrobat Pro Dc Subscription (one-year). When I bought I didn't realize that i need to pay month to month, anyway Could you please cancel it?, because i could not to cancel, is just go in circles and come back to the same way, without any change.
