I just ordered an Export subscription, but I now see that its the wrong one and I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. Is this possible

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

If you would like to cancel the subscription, you can initiate the cancellation through the account itself. Follow the instructions shared in the help document- Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

If that doesn't help, then you may contact to our support team following the below steps. They will help you with the cancellation.

1- Refer to the link Contact Customer Care

2- Select Account issues

3-  Show me my contact options.
