Sorry for the delay in response to your query. As per the description above, you are not able to send files using the Adobe Send and Track service, Is that correct?

As per the records, the Adobe Send and Track, Annual subscription is inactive and canceled on your Adobe Id.

And no renewal order is placed for the same subscription on your Adobe Id.

To check the details, you can login on Adobe.com with your Adobe Id and password, navigate to Plans and products and check the subscription status.
