What program are you using with you try to fill in your PDF form? Adobe Reader? Adobe Acrobat? Something else? It would be helpful if you could provide the version number and what platform (Windows, Mac) you are on.

I'm sorry, but it's hard to help unless you tell us what the "App that comes with the system" is. It's that App that is producing the message.  If it came with Windows, then it's not an Adobe product.
