I'm downloading acrobat pro on my pc and host timeout box comes up

I'm downloading acrobat pro on my pc and when I run the program the box that pops up is "Timeout waiting for windows to load." in the host box. What do I do-Wait?

Thank you. It finally downloaded, but it took an hour or more before my payment was processed, I think. Now I need to learn how to use it. I double posted because I didn't think the first one went through. Sorry. Craig
