I'm trying to open Adobe Pro but it says my trial period has ended and I have to subscribe. I signed up for a one year subscription in August, 2014, so why isn't it recognizig that?

I signed up for a one year subscription, but now when I go to open Acrobat Pro, it says my trial period has expired and sends to the the subscription page.  How do I get it to recognize my one year subcription?  I don't have any software license numbers, other than my order # and confirmation.

Hi debbieh,

It sounds like you just need to sign in to activate your subscription. When you open Acrobat, click License this Software, and then log in with your Adobe ID and password.

Please let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara
