I'm unable to find my serial number for PDF Pack

I'm unable to find my serial number for PDF Pack in order to download to a new computer.  I followed the instructions to the order history screen, but the "downloads and serial number" link is not there.

There's no serial number for PDF Pack. It's a subscription-based service that is connected to your Adobe account.

You can access it through Reader or a browser, here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/
