Hi Dianelisl, 

While accessing the Export PDF service you get the option to change the language accordingly. Refer to the web url Adobe Document Cloud

https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

And select the language from the drop-down menu.

You would be able to get the accurate result, only if you have that font installed would be found in word doc and system.
