This instruction does NOT give me/us a receipt. A receipt!
Adobe, this should not be difficult. Some of us require a receipt for reimbursement.

Hi, looking for a RECEIPT or invoice showing PAID with payment info. This only gives the invoice. I need for reimbursement.

I agree with Jim. It's crazy that a receipt isn't emailed or accessable on the website. Adobe sure sends enough emails every day to remind you that your payment is due, but not a single receipt once it's paid. I like the formal invoice option on the website, but it only shows the amount that was due, and the due date. It does not reflect a payment or even a $0 balance anywhere. A section to show formal receipts would help me get reimbursed for the expense since my expense report is due prior to month end, and the credit card used to pay will not have a statement until the following month. Do better, Adobe.

I'm hoping Adobe's billing department will consider emailing a receipt upon a customer's purchase of an Adobe product/subscription. The secure website provides copies of the invoice, but it doesn't provide receipts. I had to call the Adobe helpline, dismiss a series of pre-recorded messages (all of which didn't address my question about accessing a receipt), and find my way to a live representative. He was helpful but confirmed that Adobe doesn't automatically send receipts. He told me he would need to work with his supervisor to address my request. He assured me that he would email me the receipt in an hour. This process took a lot of valuable time, which shouldn't be the case. Customers are paying relatively a lot of money for subscriptions. As such, Adobe should quickly and without issue provide the customer with a receipt confirming full payment. I don't know of any reputable companies providing subscription services that don't issue receipts to their customers.
