For the most part, Adobe Reader cannot "change" documents short of adding comments and filling in forms.

Hi Graffiti
I just signed up adobe Export PDF paid 23.88 per year,. to be able to
change a PDF document. I don’t see where the icon or how to start to use
PDF to change a document sent to me. Please help.

That will not help you "change a pdf" unless by "change" you mean export to a different type of file (Like MS Word).

To change a PDF directly, you would need to use Acrobat. However, the changes you can do are limited to some extent.
The ExportPDF service can convert your PDF docs to Word (for example), and you can change that Word doc.
