Hi macushla,
How very frustrating. I totally understand. But I think we can get things worked out fairly easily. First, it can take a little while for your subscription to process fully. You can check the status by logging in directly to www.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password. Click Manage Account, and then look under My Plans & Products.
If everything looks OK there, it could just be that you haven't logged in to the service itself yet. Please log in directly at https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password. If that doesn't do the trick, let us know and we can dig a little deeper.
Best,
Sara

Hi Sara,
Actually I don't think you do understand. I paid for my subscription in March. I highly doubt it takes almost 4 months to get going. I have done everything you advised both before I emailed you and then again today. I still cannot convert my document to Power Point. If this cannot be fixed then I may as well cancel my subscription as it obviously does nothing for me. Thank you for your time.

Hi Anne-Marie,
I was just able to check your subscription status, and I do see that it's active. (When you are continually asked to subscribe, it usually means that you're just not logged in.)
But, I think I did misunderstand your original question. The stand-alone ExportPDF subscription doesn't allow you to convert PDF to PowerPoint. That feature is available only when you subscribe to Adobe PDF Pack.
Since ExportPDF doesn't offer the feature that you need, would you like me to cancel your subscription?
My apologies again for misunderstanding your question.
Best,
Sara
