I paid for PDF Export and want to upgrade to pdf pack

Hello,

I already paid for PDF Export ($23.99) and want to upgrade to pdf pack which includes the items in PDF Export.  When I go to pay for PDF pack, it doesn't give me credit towards the amount I have already paid. 

How can I just do an upgrade and not have to pay the full price of PDF Pack of $69.99, and just pay the difference from what I already paid.

Looking at the information shared above, it seems that you have Existing subscription of Adobe Export PDF which you would like to upgrade to the PDF Pack?

You may refer to the help document Manage your Creative Cloud membership and follow the steps suggested here.

If that doesn't help, then you may refer to the steps below and contact to the customer care-

1- Refer to the link Contact Customer Care

2- Select Account issues

3-  Show me my contact options.
