I Paid for the 1.99/mo converter from pdf to word, power point, etc. last week on PC. But after one convert which worked perfectly, it will not let me convert this document to word.

Could you please explain in detail what you mean by "it will not let me convert"? Knowing the versions of your OS and program(s) involved would also be useful.

It would re-direct me to the page where you purchase what package you need for the program to convert the document on windows 8.

It is the most recently updated version of adobe reader btw

You can try going to https://cloud.acrobat.com/ and log in with your AdobeID (the same one you used to subscribe to the service) and then you should be able to upload your PDF file and start the conversion.
