If you're referring to an Acrobat.com online subscription, you can simply log on to https://cloud.acrobat.com via a web browser on your new computer.

If you purchased an Acrobat subscription, you can redownload that from https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat.  This pages offers some great step-by-step instructions for downloading and installing an Acrobat subscription: Acrobat XI Subscription | Download and install

I purchased Creative Cloud single-app membership for Acrobat Pro (one-year, prepaid) and have it installed on a Mac Notebook. I plan to purchase a new Mac computer.  The Apple techs are telling me that they can not move the Acrobat Pro to the new computer and that I must purchase a new subscription on the new computer.  I purchased the subscription one week ago - obviously I'm not going to purchase another one.  How do I download it to a new computer when I have a single-app membership that is already downloaded to a computer?
