Hi robertb48724220,

I've checked your account. You have an active subscription to Adobe PDF Pack, which you can use both to convert files to PDF, and to sign documents (the Fill & Sign service on Acrobat.com doesn't require a subscription). You can access your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/. Just sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

Are you using the same email address that you use here in the forums? That's how I looked up your account, and saw that you have a active subscription. You should be able to sign in with that email address and the associated password.

Sarah I still have not resolved the Adobe situation. What email address do

you show the paid subscription. The free subscription I do not believe

allows me to sign my name to a document or convert Word file to PDF? Will

Hi Bob,

We have you registered with the gmail address (I removed your email/password from your previous posts, so they don't fall into the wrong hands!).

But, before doing that I tried logging in with the credentials that you supplied, and had no problems logging in.

So, please clear the browser cache and try logging in again. Make sure that you're using a supported web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com), and make sure there are no firewall/proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
