I purchased Adobe Export PDF. I used to see the tools on the right side of the screen. Now I only see tools related to another paid-version that I do not want. How do I see the tools I already paid for? Specifically the convert feature.
Someone suggested uninstalling all traces of Adobe products and reinstalling the free Reader version. This absolutely worked. I had to cancel my subscription and no longer have the convert feature but this sure beats not being able to see or print all my pdf files. Adobe's tech support solution did not work at all and wasted a lot of time.

Exactly, they just push you to buy the product. I purchased the same product twice trying to get work done. Let me tell you the refund process is non existent and neither is customer support.

Hi All,
Sorry to hear about the poor experience.
I assume that the Export pdf tool that you have been using was through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat DC? If you have ever used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then you need to uninstall it first to use the Export PDF service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.
We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF.
Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.
1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF
You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...
Let us know if it still doesn't work.
