I am having same exact problem. I signed up 15 minutes ago and my attempt to convert a pdf file to .docx, or .doc, or ..rtf -- all failed. If I can't make it work then I need my money back. I would rather get my files converted and go happily on my way. What is wrong? why are both woodword and I having this trouble?

I did not want to cancel the service if it will work reliably.
I got one .pdf file to download, the other one (the one I really wanted
to convert) would not.
Does it depend what generation or version of Adobe was used to create
the pdf file? I'm sure I created some by printing to pdf, others by
saving to pdf in Word.
If I sent you the two files could you try it and see why one converts
and the other does not?
