I signed up to get an important file converted from PDF to Word for editing, must get that done today, why is it not allowing me to convert?

It can take 24-48 hours for a subscription order to process fully, and it looks as though your order has been held up for payment processing. So, you have a couple of options. If you haven't already, you can start an Acrobat 30-day trial and use it to convert the file (by choosing File > Save as Other > Microsoft Word). Or, since you're on a time crunch, I would be happy to help you get that file converted (if it isn't confidential).
