I subscribed to Adobe Export PDF and cannot get into the program without paying again. What's up. I paid 23.88 for a annual subscription

I need help getting into the Export PDF program. I signed up for the annual subscription of 23.88 on the 9th of Sept. and today cannot get in unless I pay again.
