I used the wrong email address to purchase my subscription

I purchaed PDF pack by credit card on May 31 and made a mistake in my email address. I have not been able to download the software.  My correct email address is [private information removed.] Please email the software to me. Hi Michael,

If you bought PDF Pack, there is nothing to download. You just need to sign in to cloud.acrobat.com using the email address and password that you used when you purchased the subscription. You can easily change your Adobe ID (your incorrect email address) by following these instructions: Adobe ID, sign-in, and account help.

Now, there could be an issue with verifying your account, if you're unable to receive email from the account that you used when you purchased the subscription. Did you receive notification in that account about your subscription?
