Hi,
I have just bought the Adobe Export PDF package for £19.99 but I can't actually find where to login to the software to convert a PDF to word?
Any help appreciated.

You can also download latest free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC using this link Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions & sign in using the same login details to use Export PDF feature.

Hi Aadesh,
I have just tried that and the only option I get is to Subscribe now. However in the top right hand corner I am logged in and I have paid to subscribe and verified the link form the e-mail I've received.

Hey Rob,
I have checked my back-end support team & it seems that the order has not been completely processed yet, it might take some time to process the order (max. 24 hours).
I will recommend you to wait for some time and then try again to sign in.

I have got it checked & found there was no deduction made for the previous orders as it was not processed completely, so you can go ahead and place a new order. In case if there has been any deduction please show us the document so that we can initiate a refund from our end.
