I've paid for the plan - why does it keep taking me to the pricing page when I try to export a document?

I've paid for the plan: I'm being invoiced monthly. But when I ask Adobe to export a document, I'm repeatedly taken to the pricing page to buy a new package. When I tried that, I was informed I already had the right package for the function I need.

I've downloaded the latest version of the software. Adobe makes it near impossible to talk to a human being. What can I do?

If you are trying to export your PDF file from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on your computer please sign in first from right top corner "Sign In". If you have not sign in first then the pricing page will be displayed.

If you still have the problem then please use our online service at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password.

Please let me know if you still have the same issue.
