I've paid the fee, but still cannot convert a PDF to PPTX.

I've already paid the membership fee so that I can convert PDF files to Word documents, but this membership (according to the website) is also supposed to allow conversion from PDF to PPTX (Powerpoint) format, too. I'm trying to convert PDF to Powerpoint but Adobe will not convert and keeps asking me to log in. How do I resolve this? I've already paid the fee but still cannot convert the file to the desired format.

To convert PDF to PowerPoint you will need a subscription for the PDF Pack.  Customer Care can help you to change your subscription from ExportPDF to PDF Pack.

What exactly did you subscribe to?

How are you trying to convert: from Acrobat Reader DC, or directly at the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf ?

Have you tried to Contact Customer Care ?

The account details just say "Adobe Export PDF, Annual‎"--there is no further details provided (I looked to find this but no other info is shown). I'm trying to convert from the Reader (I'm not sure what Acrobat Reader DC is). I've tried to contact customer care but the website says that, because of my subscription level that only the "chat" option is available.

I was able to contact Customer Care via chat and they informed me that my subscription does not include the capability to convert from PDF to PPTX.

Thank you for your response!
