I've trying to send a the pdf to outlook, the spinning wheel keeps going for a longtime.

Is it you are using email function to send a pdf via Adobe Reader DC desktop application? Or you are working on Outlook itself and trying something else?

You refer to the related forum discussion and the solution recommended- Why can't I send pdf as attachment to email in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from the program using Outloo... 

Or check if you have any pending update for both of the applications Adobe Reader and Outlook.

Open Adobe Reader>Help>Check for update
