I want a refund. I am very dissatisfied

This is ridiculous, I hate this. I spent $19.99 on something I will never use. I could do the exact same thing on my computer without paying that price. Thought it was going to be helpful but it definitely was not. Can I get my money refunded?

Click the "I still need help" button. I'd recommend Chat ( http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html ) if it is available. It is usually faster than phone support.
