I want to cancel my monthly purchase!!!! It can't work in korea. always "error"!!! Please give the solution!

Thank you so kind want to help me.

I'm Korean. Live at Seoul.

Now I'm using MacbookPro.

I downloaded "Adobe Reader" app at my iPhone about several months ago (my app store account is Korea account)

Anyway, I was create an Adobe ID (now I'm using), and pay the product of Adobe PDF, Monthly pack at my iPhone.

But I didn't need it anymore after I was using about 1month.

So I decided to click "Manage" and cancel it, but it was always open as "...Error " blah blah.

I called to Adobe Korea Service center and asked to solve the problem. But they say cause I was purchase at app store(and my product can't see at their data! It's wired, cause I can see at my page!) And I'm not sure but quite sure they were say that  "Acrobat.com" is out of there service. And suggest me to ask US Adobe company, they can't help me to cancel my subscription...  OTL

I think it is so wired, cause I think Adobe is Adobe, It's most famous global company, but why, service system is so bad at here, and why customer have to cancel there purchase so hardly!

It's December! I don't want to waste my money anymore.

Please! Please help.

(I'm not good at English, cause I didn't learn it several years, I feel so hard to connect and ask solution for this way.

413 Header Length too Large:

Try clearing your browser cache, or use a different browser altogether.

I've had that 413 Header error from time to time. The shortest and easiest way to get rid of it is just to use different browser - in my case it error occured on Chrome.
