I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do that?

I have a year subscription, but I only needed it for a month, and the customer service representative told me that I could cancel it once I was finished using it, but now it is hard to figure out how to cancel it despite following all the steps on the frequently asked questions page. They are also billing me tomorrow and I would like to avoid that.
