Could you please confirm which subscription you are referring to?

If you have not been able to cancel the subscription on your own, then have you tried contacting to our support team via chat/phone?

As this is an open forum and the cancellation request can not be processed here, so we would request you to contact our billing team via chat/phone support- Contact Customer Care

Let us know if that still doesn't help.
