My account was suppposed to be canceled and told it was cancelled but still noticing charges. Please reverse the charges and cancel the account like I asked

I suggest to to this link:
Select Creative Cloud (this is the first item on the page)
Select Membership, Account Payment as shown in this picture:

Then select Cancel your Membership as shown in this picture:

Follow the onscreen instructions.
