Hi Stacy,
The ExportPDF subscription is set to auto renew after twelve months unless you turn off auto renewal. Since you subscribed on the 16th, you would have been charged on Jan 16 this year.

How much is it? How do I get a refund for this year? Despite it with my credit card and report it to the better business bureau?

The fee for the year is $25.55 including tax. You should be refunded a portion of that. You may want to Contact Customer Care to find out what your options are.
