I wish to cancel my ExportPDF annual plan

It kept asking me to go to the contact us page, and then says I should choose still need help.

After that the page goes back to contact us page. It's like repeating every step.

ALL I need is to CANCEL the plan NOW!!!!!

You need to click the big blue button labelled as 'Still need help? Contact Us' and then you can either choose phone support or chat support, and i am sure you will be assisted.
