I wish to convert a PDF to Word, I have paid for this plan 24 hours ago and it appears in my plan BUT when I try on a document it takes me to the pay up page every time!

I wish to convert a PDF to Word, I have paid for this plan 24 hours ago and it appears in my plan BUT when I try on a document it takes me to the pay up page every time?

Most common cause: paying for Acrobat Pro but still using Acrobat Reader. It will take you to the payment page FOREVER. Don't use Reader if you subscribe to Acrobat. Do use Reader if you subscribe to PDF Pack though. Very confusing.
