Hello

I have not received a refund although I cancelled before the 30 days deadline.

Is that normal? How long does it take?

Thank you in advance.

Sincerely

C. Fiani

Hi Carole,

I see you canceled auto-renewal, but that no refund has been processed. I'll take care of that for you right away. You should see that refund in your account in 5-7 days.

Best,

Sara
