Hi violatia,

I was able to replicate the issue at my end.

It seems to me that the issue is with the way the pdf has been created.

Pdf file is created through third party kindly refer this link:http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/support-policy-pdf-files-created.html

Regards,

Florence
