Impossible convertir PDF en Word !!! erreur tentative d'accès service !!

Je viens d'acheter le service en ligne Adobe pour conversion PDF en Word et on m'affiche : "une erreur est survenue lors de la tentative d'accès au service"

Et je n'ai pas de conversion !!!
