I got a callback request from adobe esign with parameter "eventType=AUTO_CANCELLED_CONVERSION_PROBLEM&status=ABORTED". What is the "AUTO_CANCELLED_CONVERSION_PROBLEM" event ? Does it mean there is an error when converting pdf files after user sign documents ?

Thanks.
