Inaccurate/Inconsistent Billing Info

I was previously a user of SendNow and signed up tonight for ADOBE SEND (the replacement for SendNow).

ADOBE SEND seems much less convenient and far slower (a complaint), but that is not my "question", which is this:

On the "My Account" Page, you say my renewal for next year's fee will be charged 9/10/15.

But email confirming my sign-up said my next year's fee would be charged 12/10/15 (the correct renewal date)--a difference of THREE MONTHS!

You need to get your act together!

Please correct your records and advise/confirm.

Sara,

Will do.

But my biggest concern is that the “new” Adobe Send service is slow, clunky, and inconvenient.

If there is any integration with Outlook, I don’t see it.

If either I am not shown to be wrong, or things do not improve immediately, I will be looking elsewhere for large file transmittal services.

Frankly, Adobe Send is a big disappointment, since I am accustomed to much better from Adobe.

But thanks anyway for the rapidity of your response.
