When converting there is indicated 'no internetconnection', but there is a connection ! What is the problem here?
Bij het converteren wordt er 'geen internetverbinding' aangeduid , toch is er wel degelijk verbinding!

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting no internet connection error when trying to export pdf, is that correct?
Please try to access the online services through a browser at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and check if that works. Also, try to log in from another network environment or use your cell phone. Some customers had the similar issue and it was due to the firewall/security setting that was blocked our site.
