Internal Server Error (500) when trying to combine pictures

I'm trying to Combine my pictures into 1 pdf. Once it uploads all the images, it says is

"Internal Server Error (500)" - Your request could not be completed due to an internal server error.

I just purchased this pdf as well. I'm regretting it.

Can anyone help?

As per the description mentioned above, you are getting Internal Server Error (500) when trying to combine pictures into a pdf, is that correct?

Please try combining other pictures into a pdf and see if you are still getting this error.

Also, try to clear your Web Browser's cache/deleting cookies and try again.
