When I hit Export, it tells me I need internet connection, but I AM connected. Can you help?
As per the issue description above, you are getting Internet connection needed while Exporting any PDF file, Is that correct?
Please try to use the online services to convert the PDF file i.e. Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password, more about ExportPDF: Using Adobe Export PDF
