is PDF Pack included with my Creative Cloud membership?

I have a creative Cloud membership where I pay monthly. I received an email from Adobe saying that I should take "full advantage of my PDF Pack account".  But the "get started" link takes me to a page where it says to download Adobe Acrobat Pro. I already have Pro installed as part of my cloud membership.

Am I really supposed to download Pro again? And is it really included in my cloud membership, or am I going to get charged extra? I'm surprised none of this info is explained anywhere.

Thanks for your help,

Hi MJLeePrimaryApps,

Adobe PDF Pack isn't necessary if you have Acrobat Pro, which you do as part of your Creative Cloud membership. Would be be able to send a screenshot of that email? I'm curious why you're being asked to get Adobe PDF Pack, since you already have Acrobat Pro.

Best,

Sara

Hi MJLeePrimaryApps,

I'll need to investigate that. I'm honestly not sure why you received that email. Regardless, everything that Adobe PDF Pack allows you to do, you can do with Acrobat...

I received it too.  When I signed on, the PDF Pack activated on my iPhone.  Before today, it wanted to charge me $9.99.  I sincerely hope it did not.
