Is the regular version of Acrobat included with the Photography plan?

I was able to send a pdf to myself a couple of times to test this and it worked.

I was able to sign my own document, but now it won't work and says to contact adobe.

 

I did not think I was in any kind of free trial.  I sent one, it went ok, tried to send another and now it won'r work.  

 

In my photography plan, I opened up creative cloud, under the web tab, there is Acrobat and it says Launch.

It does not say download or try like many other things..............so is it free and I just have an issue?

I should have said that I was trying to send a document that could be signed.   

I was able to do it, but now it wont work.

As you can see below, it looks like I have access, but maybe no??
