Is there a way to connect the Adobe Fill & Sign DC application to a Adobe Document Cloud account?

I started filling out a form on the Adobe Acrobat web application, but I noticed that it was getting autosaved and I wanted to finish it on my phone. I tried to find the same form on the Adobe Fill & Sign application, but I couldn't find it.

Is there a way to connect my Adobe Fill & Sign DC application to my document cloud account?

Google Chrome (Windows 8)

Android 5.0.2

For Android currently the answer is "no", but look for the ability to "sign in" in an upcoming release.

The Fill & Sign app for iOS supports signing in with your Adobe ID in which case you can access all of your forms in the Document Cloud.

The Android app is a bit behind the iOS app and the ability to sign in should be coming but I can't say when exactly, but that is the feature to look out for...

Thanks,

Josh

I'm using Fill & Sign on iOS and cannot get access to the documents that I have stored on the Document Cloud.

I’m noticing the same thing. How do I not have access to my Document Cloud files from within Adobe Fill and Sign?

There are two parts to this...  General files that have not been touched by Fill & Sign, and the files you have used in Fill & Sign.

If you Sign into the app you will see all of your forms you have used in Fill & Sign, whether they were started in the web site or the app (and uploaded to the Document Cloud).  Sign in and the home screen will include your most recent Fill & Sign PDFs with a "View All" button that will show all of the PDFs you have used in Fill & Sign.

Files that you have in Document Cloud which have NOT been touched by Fill & Sign however will not show up.

Thanks,

Josh

Thanks for the explanation Josh. I do think it’s a bit of an oversight to not be able to access your Document Cloud files directly though. This makes it a real pain to use on my phone as I normally open a PDF attachment in Acrobat Reader, upload to Document Cloud, and then access from there. I guess the reasonable workflow is to open it directly with Fill & Sign which will in-turn save it to the Document Cloud?

Yes, that would be the thing to do, if you want to fill something later on mobile, just upload it to Fill & Sign in the web browser and then close it, once uploaded via Fill & Sign it would show up in the mobile app.

Thanks,

Josh
