Issues with colors on word document

Hello,

I converted a word document into a PDF.  The document shows up with colors in older versions of Acrobat, but in DC the colors are gone.  Any solution to this?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above when you convert a PDF file into Word, you don't see the colors in Acrobat DC, but they are visible in the older version of Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

Have you tried converting any other PDF into Word and checked is the issue is reproducible?

Are you using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to convert the PDF file or through online service https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

If the issue is with one PDF file, Is it possible to share the file with us so that we can try to reproduce the issue at our end? To share the PDF file, refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Please share the following details:

1. Is it Acrobat or free desktop version of Adobe Reader installed, to identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
2. Dot version of Adobe Reader DC installed, to identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
3. Dot version of old Adobe Acrobat or old Reader installed in which you are able to see colors in Word document, to identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
